Help Desk Technician

Description We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support at its Seattle manufacturing facility. This individual will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting end users with desktop, laptop, Microsoft 365, and hardware/software issues while partnering with remote L2/L3 support teams for escalations. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop and technical support for end users Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and hardware-related issues Manage and resolve support tickets, walk-ups, and remote support requests Support device imaging, deployments, refreshes, and software installations Act as onsite "hands and feet" for infrastructure and vendor-related activities Document troubleshooting efforts and elevate issues when necessary Must-Have Skills 3-5+ years of Desktop Support / Technical Support experience Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, printers, IP addresses, routers, switches) Ideal Candidate Reliable, dependable, and accountable Comfortable working independently as the primary onsite IT resource Strong communicator who takes ownership of issues from start to finish Able to thrive in a manufacturing/plant environment and build relationships with end users and leadership Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
