Margot European Day Spa is seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. If you're dedicated to helping clients relax, recover, and feel their best while delivering exceptional service in a professional spa environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Recommend home care, treatment plans, and retail products to support client wellness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience.
- Maintain treatment rooms and follow all spa operational and sanitation standards.
- Uphold the spa's core values and professional standards.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Massage Therapy License required.
- Previous experience in a professional spa or wellness environment preferred.
- Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; training in Sports Massage and Reflexology is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable recommending treatments and retail products.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.
