We have a Nurse Educator and a Clinical Nurse Specialist dedicated to the continued clinical development of our Operating Room nursing professionals. In addition, we have two full time Nursing Informatics professionals.We are currently looking for a Full Time OR Service Line Specialist to join our team!An Operating Room (OR) Service Line Specialist is an advanced clinical professional. They serve as the subject matter expert and liaison between surgeons, perioperative staff, vendors, and leadership for a specific surgical specialty. They oversee specialty inventory, update preference cards, manage scheduling, and mentor staff on clinical protocols.Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMFour 10-hour shifts per weekNo weekendsNo holidaysRotating call requirement (*include weekends and holidays)Core Responsibilities:Clinical Expertise & Liaison: Acts as the primary resource for surgeons in a designated specialty (e.g., Orthopedics, Spine, GYN, Robotics). Communicates equipment needs, product updates, and special requirements.Inventory & Preference Cards: Collaborates with Materials Management and vendors to order and maintain par levels of service-specific instruments and supplies. Ensures surgeon preference cards are accurate and up-to-date.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Master’s DegreeRegistered NurseBLSCNOR2 or more years of nursing experience within the Operating RoomCredentials and Qualifications:BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with at least 2 year of relevant experience or ASN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution with 2 year of relevant experienceActive Florida RN LicenseRegistered Nurse (RN) RN-Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of FL, or a valid Multi-State privilege to practice in FL (must declare FL as primary State of residence within 60 days from date of hire if licensed in another eNLC compact state with multi-state privileges)Basic Life Support (BLS)2 years of recent nursing experience within the Operating RoomBLSSalary Range$40.27 - $60.40Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
