- 2-5 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
- Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
- Available to work flexible work schedules
- Familiarity with talent management process
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
- Desire to meet key company objectives

- In addition to hourly pay, AGMs can potentially earn up to $550/month in bonus pay (performance-based KPIs)
- Total annual compensation potential : $48K - $52K
