Requirements

• 2-5 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers
• Strong sense of personal accountability and desire for development
• Available to work flexible work schedules
• Familiarity with talent management process
• Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
• Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
• Desire to meet key company objectives

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Incentive Pay:

• In addition to hourly pay, AGMs can potentially earn up to $550/month in bonus pay (performance-based KPIs)
  • Total annual compensation potential : $48K - $52K
