This is not a remote position.Essential FunctionsConduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances and make recommendations to improve company's fiscal efficiency based on interpretation of financial information.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.Compare departmental expenses to budget and provides advice and analysis at the department level to increase the efficiency of the company's spending.Assist with projecting future financial needs and collaborates with management to prepare long-term financial plans and other budget and financial reports.Utilizes systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Assists in the creation and further development of a budget preparation manual, budget policies and procedures manual, and other documents as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.Additional ResponsibilitiesAct as a Supervisor for Accounting employees when and where requested.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Regular and predictable attendance is required.QualificationsEducationBachelors or better in Accounting or related field.Experience7 years minimum relatable experience.Licenses & CertificationsCertified Public Accountant.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
