Welders OpportunityERS Elite is hiring Welders to support high-volume manufacturing operations for a leading transportation equipment manufacturer. This role is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication on structural steel and aluminum components used in trailer production.This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth in a modern manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel and/or aluminum componentsWeld structural assemblies including frames, crossmembers, and panelsRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructionsSet up and operate welding equipment safely and efficientlyInspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specificationsUse hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment to prepare materialsMaintain production pace while meeting quality standardsFollow all safety protocols and PPE requirementsWhat Sets This Opportunity ApartDirect placement with a leading U.S. manufacturerStable, long-term career in a high-demand tradeGrowth into advanced manufacturing technologiesCareer GrowthAdvanced welding and fabricationRobotic welding opportunitiesLead and supervisor career pathsAWS and internal certification pathways
