- Wordwide Wheel Speed Sensor lead development interface which means contact window of our lead development in China to all worldwide regional customer projects and production plants: setting up communication plans, leading meetings, reporting and escalation to management
- Project management of lead development tasks like series support topics, plant support topics or supply chain topics (scope, quality, cost, time, risk management)
- Collaboration w/ product mgmt. for market information and competitor products as input to plan and lead benchmarking activities
- Cost down idea generation, development and implementation
- Make sure that our platform development is following our product engineering process
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
- Technical background in Mechanics/Electronics, Master’s degree is preferred
- Basic know-how in design and process validation and ability to apply mechanical, electronics, software, engineering specific legislation know-how.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Understanding of customer specific development process and knowledge of data evaluation.
- Good communication skills and can work under pressure, work with initiative and cooperation.
- Good leadership capabilities and high efficiency.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and to define priorities.
- Automotive industry background is preferred.
