IT Project Manager IIIThe client is seeking an IT Project Manager III to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs for Enterprise Data. The PM will oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities that include scope management across multiple scrum teams, program increment (PI) planning, status reporting, release planning, implementation and reporting. IT Project Managers are responsible for managing the direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives.Job Responsibilities:Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope.Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define timelines and release scope.Lead PI planning across multiple scrum teamsManage the interaction with the program team; represent Enterprise Data in all program forumsCoordinate the scope delivery and timelines across the scrum teamsPlan release timelines and coordinate release implementationEnsure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.PMP or PMI certification.5-7 years experience.Proven program management experience.Excellent communication skillsPeople management and team building skillsDemonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functionsExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
