Drive profitable sales growth within assigned accounts, aiming for ?30% project profitability. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain a 12-month sales forecast and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customer proposals. Engage with technology partners for joint account planning and execution.
7 years of successful sales experience in industrial automation. Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field. Strong network within the industrial automation industry. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and demonstrate business value. Proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools.
