Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant. Employment Type: Full-Time Setting: SNF | Long-Term Care What You’ll Do: Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines. Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements. Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply. Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
