Are you a dynamic and experienced Fast Casual leader ready to make your mark?
Taco Social is now hiring a passionate and driven General Manager | Kitchen Manager to lead our team and contribute to our future growth, including franchise expansion plans.
We're looking for a leader who shares our love for innovative, globally inspired tacos and our commitment to an exceptional guest experience. If you have a strong food and beverage background, a positive attitude, and a talent for developing high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!
About Taco Social
Taco Social is all about breaking the rules with our inventive, freeform tacos inspired by global cuisine.
But we're not just about delicious food; We're a vibrant, community-focused restaurant with a lively atmosphere and a full bar. Located in a beautifully renovated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument on Colorado Boulevard, we're a beloved part of the Eagle Rock neighborhood.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Develop, train, and inspire a team of 25+ staff members to deliver outstanding service and consistent quality.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and oversee labor scheduling.
- Promote Taco Social's culture and values to nurture a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Fast Casual or high-volume Restaurant & Kitchen management experience.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000.
