Data ModelerLocation: Doral, FloridaDuration: Long termPerform regular reviews of proposed ETL solution designs, vetting them against technology standards, compliance requirements and best practices to ensure a reliable, secure solution is implementedPerform data model reviews & set database objects naming & data model standardsAnalyze current data management environment to identify critical gaps/deficiencies, and design and propose solutions for improvement touching all aspects of data lifecycleIdentify data quality issues and their root causes. Propose fixes and design data audits.Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership to data modelers and ETL developers to bring improvement and optimizations in the implementation of data warehouses/ data lake, marts and universesAssist in Data Architecture landscape analysis, findings and recommendations leveraging industry best practices and proven methodologies.Part of Architecture Review Team (ART) in setting, governing & enforcing them both -- Data model & ETL designExcellent oral and written communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detailsQualification –· 7+ years’ of experience in Informatica / ETL design & architecture· 7+ years of experience with data modeling & architecture· Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.· Strong understanding of Data Integration Patterns and Tooling including ELT/ETL, Replication and Streaming to support batch and real-time data needs.· Proven experience in architecting enterprise-wide data platforms and data management solutions for large and complex environments· Proficiency in SQL, query optimization and relational databases· Proven ability of translating business needs into architecture and design requirements· Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and leading practicesRequired Skills: Informatica, Data Modeling, ETL DesignNeed to be either local to Doral, FL or willing to relocate. Expectation is to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday.
