LEAD - Field Engineer (Sugar Land, TX) 2026 Opportunities

Program Overview Emerging Talent Program: Field Engineering – a 36‑month early‑career program for recent graduates. The program begins in August2026 and involves field work that helps clients locate and produce energy more efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers. Participate in solving complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the site. Prepare, document, and manage outbound and inbound equipment and products. Provide support for tenders, including data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities. Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a similar field earned within the last 36 months. Minimum cumulative GPA of3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident; no current or future employment sponsorship required. Strong interpersonal skills, aptitude for teamwork, and ability to guide others. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management abilities. Compensation Hourly rate: $22.50USD. The annualized minimum earnings equal at least $90,675.00. Eligible for company‑sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and a Thrift Plan (401k). Additional compensation may include bonuses subject to applicable benefit plans.
