We are looking for a Warehouse Associate at our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) to help support that mission.The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory, efficient product flow, and timely distribution of parts to company branches and customers. This role requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who can work independently in a startup warehouse environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Receive, inspect, and stock inventory from stock orders and corporate purchase orders.Process and distribute inventory to branch locations.Pick, pack, and ship branch transfers, emergency orders, and direct customer shipments.Maintain warehouse organization, bin locations, and inventory accuracy.Monitor and replenish shipping and warehouse supplies.Identify, photograph, and list obsolete inventory for online sale, including researching product fitment.Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Assist with physical inventories, warehouse improvements, and process enhancements.Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation accurately.Work closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Transportation, and branch personnel to support daily operations.Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.Performance Expectations:Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
