NICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of direct NICU experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive environment for newborns and their families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, developmentally sensitive nursing care to neonates in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
• Closely monitor patient status and provide timely interventions as needed
• Work collaboratively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
• Educate and support families throughout the infant's NICU stay
• Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and best nursing practices
• Accurate documentation of patient assessments, medications, and progress
