Full Time Produce Management Assistant

Manage and supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department. May also be assigned responsibility for the Floral Department. Is responsible the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter’s policies and applicable laws. What You’ll Do Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates. Planning, assigning, and directing work. Assist in appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates. Additional Information Compensation Pay Transparency: Harris Teeter reasonably expects to pay between $19.00/hour and $29.75/hour for this role as a newly hired associate. Pay may depend on previous experience and skill sets of the applicant. You will be eligible for Harris Teeter’s group benefit plans that pertain to your position upon the completion of applicable waiting periods. Your eligibility for these benefits is subject to the terms of the applicable plan and Harris Teeter policy.
