Caregiver – Owatonna | Consistent Split Shift Schedule | $18–$21/hr

Serving Owatonna & Surrounding Communities (30-Mile Radius)

You'll Never Walk Into a New Client Home Unprepared

Before working independently with a new client, you will receive:

• A personal introduction to the client
• Information about their routine and preferences
• Details about their care needs and expectations
• Guidance on who to contact for support

Split Shift Schedule

• Morning & Evening Shifts
• Work both a morning and evening shift on scheduled days
• Every Other Weekend  

This position offers:

• A consistent schedule
• Reliable clients
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours as they become available

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 Retention Bonus
• $250 Employee Referral Bonus
• Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

Training & Support

• Paid orientation
• Ongoing training and education
• Responsive office team
• Clear communication and scheduling
• State-required online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
