This role requires the ability to understand business & user needs from a systems and analytics perspective and turn those needs into proactive sustainable solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and maintain information systems that serve as the digital foundation for GSARA operations. These include custom PowerApp solutions, SharePoint based solutions and 3rd party SaaS applications. Key responsibilities include:Standard system and data administration tasks to ensure system availabilityMaintaining a backlog of enhancements and delivering enhancements to the system to improve user experience and functional featuresDevelop and update training materials to incorporate changes, enhancements as needed.Mentor, train, and provide guidance to Global and Local GSARA team members and RD&E Subject Matter Experts on how to use the systemsManage System Access requests from users and support periodic reviews to validate access and remove unnecessary users.Generate metrics for around usage and adoption and share insights to increase adoptionBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support daily GSARA operationsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of professional experience in Software Development / System Administration / Data Management / ReportingExperience with building reports and dashboards in PowerBI or TableauKnowledge of SQL and experience working with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Google BiqQuery, Azure Synapse/Fabric or similarPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSStrong technical skills in MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform, DatabricksKnowledge of the New Product Development (NPD) processExperience with prompting and leveraging AI platforms to build workflowsExposure to project management and metrics analysisAbility to translate business needs into business requirements.Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal and external relationships at all levels.Solid organizational, planning and communication skills.Ability to work independently, proactively, results focused, with a strong sense of personal ownership.JOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time onsite role in Racine, WI Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.BENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
