Then this might be the place for you. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Service Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our dealership team. This role is a key point of contact for our service customers and plays an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Greet service customers in a professional and courteous manner * Schedule and manage service appointments accurately and efficiently * Process customer payments, including cash, credit, and check transactions * Balance, record, and reconcile daily cash and payment transactions * Assist customers with loaner vehicle check-out and return procedures * Maintain accurate records related to loaner vehicles and customer documentation * Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed

• Make outbound phone calls at the Service Manager’s request to support service retention, follow up with inactive or lost customers, and assist with appointment scheduling
