1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am - 3pm $18
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm - 1am $20 Summary/Objective
Is responsible for the production of rubber and urethane products prior to shipment.
Essential Functions
- Operate production machinery such as rubber presses, urethane equipment, or finishing tools.
- Perform part finishing, trimming, grinding, and inspection to meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production of custom rubber components.
- Measure parts using basic inspection tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
- Use rivet gun to install magnets into magnetic liner
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings (strongly preferred).
- Manufacturing, machine-operation, or industrial experience helpful but not always required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating presses and related equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting materials.
- Strong attention to detail for inspection and finishing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
- High school education or equivalent
