Castroanimalhospital.com We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) with a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to excellent client care, and the ambition to become an integral part of our client service team across both hospitals. 1-year veterinary client service experience is preferred but not required. The CSR is the client's first contact when calling or visiting the practice and, as such, represents the hospital's professional image to callers and visitors. Key Qualifications Strong organizational skills Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
