Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Clinica Medica Familiar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Spanish preffered to join our Family Medicine team in Riverside County, CA. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $166,400
Quality Care Bonus: $24,000
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Continuing Medical Education (CME) & Licensing: $2,000 annual allowance
Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 weekdays
Paid Holidays: 7 days
Medical & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered
Sick Days: 5 per year
401(k): Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
