Team Leader, Kitting

Baxter seeks a Team Leader for Kitting operations at its Skaneateles, NY manufacturing facility. This first-level leadership role involves directing operator teams, coordinating work schedules, resolving production issues, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct operator teams while assigning tasks and coordinating work schedules
- Maintain zero-harm workplace by enforcing safety policies and reporting incidents
- Motivate team to meet People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives
- Conduct training and cross-training on procedures, tools, and equipment operations
- Update production data and quality documentation using SAP and other systems
Requirements
- Good mechanical dexterity and eyesight with ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Proven leadership abilities with demonstrated hands-on capability
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and SAP software systems
- High accuracy in repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environments including automation and process changes
- Effective teamwork and active participation in problem-solving activities
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $49,600 - $68,200 annually
