• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Sustain communication with leads to foster engagement and assist through the hiring process
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that take place, and hires resulting from your leads
