In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in progressive stamping processes, partnering with tooling designers, product development teams, and manufacturing operations to develop, qualify, and launch new programs. You will be responsible for process development, tooling validation, troubleshooting, and driving projects from concept through production release while ensuring quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.What You Will DoLead the development, qualification, and validation of new stamping tools and manufacturing processes for new product introductionsProvide technical expertise during tooling and process design reviews, offering input on manufacturability, process capability, tooling functionality, and stamping best practicesCollaborate with tooling designers, process engineers, and cross-functional teams to optimize tooling concepts and stamping processes before production launchAssemble, troubleshoot, validate, and refine new tooling and processes to ensure readiness for production releaseSupport development and maintenance of process documentation, including process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and related quality documentationInvestigate complex process and tooling challenges using structured problem-solving techniques and implement sustainable corrective actionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achievedPartner with manufacturing teams to transition qualified tooling and processes into production while providing technical guidance and training as neededParticipate in design reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and cost competitivenessUtilize engineering drawings, tooling prints, and CAD models to evaluate tooling performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support troubleshooting effortsMaintain a safe work environment and support environmental, quality, and operational excellence initiativesApply Principle Based Management and collaborate effectively across engineering, tooling, quality, and manufacturing teamsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Technical degree OR hands-on experience in progressive stamping, tooling, machining, or a related manufacturing processExperience interpreting engineering drawings, tooling prints, and technical documentationExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience working cross-functionally to solve technical problems and support project executionWhat Will Put You AheadExperience supporting New Product & Innovation (NPI) or new process development activitiesTool and die, machining, or tooling design experienceExperience with process qualification, validation, and troubleshooting of stamping toolsExperience developing PFMEAs, process flows, control plans, or other quality documentationExperience with CAD software such as Siemens NX, Creo, Pro/Engineer, or similar platformsProject management experienceQuality experience including 8D problem solving methodologiesExperience supporting high-speed precision stamping operationsThis role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.
