If you are an experienced caregiver looking for hours, flexible scheduling, and meaningful one-on-one client care, we would love to hear from you!The Role As an Assisting Hands Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and other adults who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We are currently seeking caregivers with DAYTIME AVAILABILITY, including morning and afternoon shifts, with consideration of 6:30am-6:30pm availability.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with activities of daily livingAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as neededProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with meal preparation and nutrition needsPerform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environmentProvide transportation and assistance with errands when requiredObserve and document changes in the client's condition or well-beingCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and the Assisting Hands care teamBuild trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their familiesRequirementsPrevious caregiving, home care, senior care, or related healthcare experience preferredCompassionate, dependable, and patientStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to safely assist clients with mobility when requiredReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseReliable daytime availabilityWeekend availability is a plusSuccessful completion of required background screening and reference checksCPR Certification desired.
