As a Licensed Professional Nurse, you play a crucial role as a valued member of our patient treatment team. Your responsibilities include providing care in accordance with established physician treatment plans, all while actively participating in the coordination of patient care under the direction of the DON.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervision, regular visitsInsulin patientsWound care, wound care high tech certifiedIV/ high tech certified, HIV tech certifiedAccurately and thoroughly document patient care observations, interpenetrations, and evaluations on the day services are rendered.Provide skilled services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a licensed practical nurse.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nurse diagnoses.Recorded all clinical and progress notes and entered them into the patient's permanent record files.Plan of care reevaluated needs and revised plan of care as necessary.All LPN duties related to home health care.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
