Benefits Multiple medical plans including a high deductible, low cost health plan Company‑sponsored (paid) Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, and Life Insurance Optional benefits such as Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life/AD&D, Legal/ID Protection, and Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Generous paid time off options, including uncapped vacation days, sick leave, 6 paid company holidays, 2 floating holidays, parental leave, bereavement leave, jury duty leave, voting leave, and other forms of paid leave as required by law Employee Stock Purchase Program with opportunities to earn stock in the company Retirement planning through the company’s 401(k) Position Network Engineer – II Responsibilities Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Contribute to improving user interactions with the network for a seamless customer experience Assist in design, configuration, and deployment of network solutions under guidance of senior engineers Coordinate with network vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, maintenance, and integration of components Configure and maintain firewalls, routing, and switching protocols to optimize performance and security Implement and monitor network systems to maintain optimal performance, identify risks, and resolve technical issues Support management of physical and virtual network infrastructure, including upgrades, enhancements, capacity planning, and system integration Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date network documentation in alignment with IT security and compliance requirements Perform scheduled maintenance, system updates, and audits to minimize downtime and support operational stability Troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve network incidents in collaboration with IT and business teams Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives to support network reliability and recovery capabilities Participate in capacity planning discussions by analyzing utilization trends and providing input on scalability improvements Support acquisitions and network integration at new or merging sites Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure reliable operations Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 3+ years’ relevant industry experience in network engineering in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Advanced network certification preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, ECMS) Experience supporting and managing large enterprise networks, ideally in a 24/7 operational setting Experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti preferred Familiarity with ITIL standards and IT security compliance requirements Ability to visualize, design, and troubleshoot complex systems Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present technical information to diverse audiences Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, displaying tact, empathy, and professionalism Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Compensation Compensation for this position is determined based on relevant experience, skill set, location, business needs, and market conditions.
