Systems Administrator - Network/Infrastructure Laurens County School District 56, Technology Office – Clinton, South Carolina Job Description Systems Administrator - Network/Infrastructure. Reports to: Director of Technology. Start date: June/July 2026. Work schedule: 240 days, 8 hours/day. Pay range: $50,000- $55,000. Responsibilities Support mission critical systems to include Mitel, QNAP, fiber, switching, Meru and others. Provide support and systems integration for configuring software, creating automated procedures, setting up menus, organizing hard drives, maintaining communication links, and installing upgrades. Monitor safety and security infrastructure. Act as a resource and problem solver for all system supported hardware and software. Create and coordinate the maintenance of school and district databases. Maintain detailed records of problems and solutions with hardware and/or software; provide accountability for services rendered. Work on projects at all district locations as assigned. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma and 10 years experience in network design and installation OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of network design and installation experience Five years’ experience working with LAN/WAN design, configuration, implementation and support Valid SC driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a networked environment Thorough working knowledge of all operating systems and network applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional, including the ability to provide support and templates Position Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
