Average pay: $1,030-$1,260 weekly
Home time: Every three weeks

Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
- Earn at least $850 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- HazMat endorsement preferred.
- Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
- Live within 75 miles of Flagstaff, AZ, Kingman, AZ or Yuma, AZ.
