Human Resources Generalist - Alliance Risk Group
Alliance Risk Group provides cutting-edge claims and investigative solutions including surveillance, special investigations, claimant intelligence gathering, medical canvassing, comprehensive property and casualty adjusting, and more. We also offer process service and legal support services anywhere in the US providing asset discovery, skip tracing and other forms of legal support. Alliance also offers global background screening and occupational health solutions for employers through its SmartHRCheqs brand. We serve clients in finance, healthcare, staffing, transportation and other high-stakes industries.
We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our corporate office in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, exceptional communication skills and 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all recruiting efforts.
- Responsible for the pre-employment hiring process, including background checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate benefits administration - enrollment, changes, leave, and communications.
- Manage leave administration in partnership with leadership as applicable.
- Respond to general personnel, payroll, and benefits questions from employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, and coordinate employee training.
- Track and maintain compliance items, required postings
- Be a culture champion by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high energy environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in order to support our employees.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn payroll systems, HRIS platforms, proprietary applicant portal system and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Starting Pay: $25-$30/hour.
- Health, Vision & Dental benefit package.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm ( hybrid - in office at least 2 days a week ).
