About the Position

Provides general Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments impacting patients' functional abilities. - Oversees and directs the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff. - Provides evaluations and treatments to a wide range of ages with varying diagnoses. - Performs assessments, evaluations, identifies therapy diagnosis, formulates treatment plans with goals, and implements physical therapy treatment services. - Modifies therapy plans based on patient response to optimize outcomes. - Reviews clinical records and case histories. 

Requirements

• Allied Health License for AK or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Current Basic Life Support certification, Valid Driver's license
• Experience: 1 year
