Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Attorney Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Onsite (Century City, CA) Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 (Depending on Experience) About the Role We are hiring an Associate Attorney for a boutique litigation law firm in West Los Angeles. We are open to attorneys ranging from newly licensed first-year associates to attorneys with approximately five years of litigation experience. Whether you're looking to launch your litigation career or continue building your experience, you'll gain hands‑on exposure across every phase of litigation while working directly alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. The firm's practice is primarily focused on construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, material suppliers, property owners, and design professionals. The firm also handles business, real estate, and prevailing wage matters. This is not an insurance defense position. Must-Have Experience We're open to attorneys ranging from newly licensed associates to approximately five years of litigation experience.
