Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Room team in San Antonio. This position involves delivering prompt assessments, triage, and evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent health issues across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid assessments and triage of patients.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care for urgent and emergent conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and monitor vital signs.
• Respond to emergencies following ACLS/PALS protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create effective care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in an emergency care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
