Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large amounts of data into our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and maintain accurate data into our computer systems

- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Communicate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with typical work hours being Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. The Data Entry Clerk will primarily work in an office setting, utilizing a computer and other office equipment. Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
