Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a CCaaS Training developer.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3days onsite & 2 days WFH)


As a CCaaS Training developer you will:

• Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows.
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content.
• Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials.
• Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content.
• Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience developing training (simulations, walkthroughs) preferably for contact center environments.
• Experienced training developer to build agent and supervisor training for new CCaaS platforms.
• Focus on Epiplex simulations, job aids, and practical learning content tied to call center workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps.
• Instructional design and job aid development.
• Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts including training needs analysis and curriculum planning.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
