Radiology Weekend Tech Positions

We are currently seeking radiology weekend techs throughout our system! We have per diem MRI, Xray, CT Ultrasound and CAT/MRI positions! We have many open shifts, and locations with competitive rates.

Qualifications

X-Ray:

• Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Radiology
• AART for all Xray roles
• New York State License (L.R.T.).

Ultrasound:

• Graduate of two-year ultrasound program with clinical and didactic education.
• 2+ years as Ultrasound Technician
• Certified Sonographer Issuing Agency: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers

CT:

• Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program for Radiology
• New York State License (L.R.T.).
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. (ARRT and current CT certification) for all CT roles

MRI:

• Graduate of an AMA/J.C.E.R.T. approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Strong background in cross sectional anatomy, physical sciences and M.R. physics.
• 2 years experience in MRI. (Preferred)
• NY State License in Diagnostic Radiology
• A.R.R.T. MRI registry.
• BLS Certified

CAT/MRI:

• Completion of an accredited Radiology Program
• All CT/MRI technologists are required to be DOH certified to inject iv contrast.
• Certified to inject technologists must be able to complete injection tasks as to protocol.
• 0-2 years experience as a CT/MRI technician
• Name: Radiologic Technologist Issuing Agency: DOH/Office of Profession

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $ - $ . Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
