Compensation Starting pay: $25.70 per hour Shift differential: $0.50/hour for 2nd shift, $1.00/hour for 3rd shift Bonus opportunity: Quarterly bonus based on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction Overtime opportunities available Available Shifts 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (shift differential $0.50/hour) 3rd Shift: Sunday night‑Friday morning 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (shift differential $1.00/hour) Continuous Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (4 days on / 4 days off) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life, and AD&ND insurance Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability coverage 401(k) with a 3% company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid vacation and 10 paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and on‑the‑job training Pet Insurance, Telemedicine, Hinge Health, Regenexx, Livongo, and more Safety‑first culture with our award‑winning Drive to Zero Injuries initiative Zero Waste to Landfill achievement at this facility What You'll Do Operate electric lift trucks safely throughout the warehouse Perform daily OSHA lift truck inspections and complete required documentation Safely charge and refuel lift trucks and yard trucks Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Follow designated forklift traffic lanes and warehouse safety procedures Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Operate the palletizer Perform product quality inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Complete shipping and receiving paperwork, including Bills of Lading, Shipping Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices Support warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift Operator certification Experience operating electric forklifts or other material handling equipment Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, distribution, or production experience is a plus Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work instructions, and inventory paperwork Strong attention to safety and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Equal Employment Opportunity Silgan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
