Client Service Coordinator

Nesco Resource is now hiring for a Client Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing customer orders from purchase order through production and final shipment, ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, work well with multiple departments, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system.
• Track customer orders from order entry through shipment.
• Monitor incoming customer materials and communicate order status.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Operations on scheduling and order requirements.
• Prepare and send shipping documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), batch records, and certifications.
• Complete inventory reports for customers.
• Close completed orders in the ERP system.
• Assist with packaging and shipping product samples.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support cross-functional communication.
• Complete change control and deviation documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, project coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
