About Region 2: This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis. Major Duties You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the branch, and manage/execute branch program workflow operations and development to ensure activities are efficient and effective in successfully meeting goals, objectives, commitments, and agency pillars. Manage and/or supervise, develop, coach, and/or mentor, program supervisory functions to maximize staff performance. Build and establish collaborative relationships and represent the agency in a variety of functional areas to strategically promote execution of agency pillars. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
