Job Full Description Are you someone who enjoys operating heavy machinery and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment? We're looking for dependable and skilled equipment operators to join our overnight crew. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting construction and paving operations by running various machines and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a long-term career, gain experience with a variety of equipment, and enjoy plenty of overtime on a steady schedule. Position: Asphalt Labor - Overnight Shift Sunday- Thursday 6pm-finish Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: Overnight Shift | Lots of Overtime Available | Weekend Work as Needed What You'll Be Doing: Operate a range of heavy equipment, including loaders, rollers, pavers, backhoes, and more Assist with site prep, groundwork, paving, and other construction-related tasks Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment before and after use Communicate with supervisors and teammates to stay on track and meet project goals Follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of your surroundings at all times Help train team members on safe and effective operation techniques Support other tasks on the job site as needed What We're Looking For: Experience operating heavy machinery is strongly preferred, Asphalt experience REQUIRED. Ability to take direction, work independently, and maintain a strong work ethic Familiarity with construction job sites and safety standards Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Willingness to travel or work weekends when projects demand it Able to communicate clearly, follow instructions, and complete basic paperwork or logs Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle tools or machinery for extended periods Capable of standing, climbing, bending, or working from heights as needed Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments Ability to safely navigate loud, high-activity work zones Multiple ways to Apply!
