Experience is great, but not required - we can teach you everything you need!Responsibilities:Being a Taziki's Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culturePlacing orders for guests and delivering them to our dining or pickup areasUnderstanding and using POS (point of sale register)Following proper cash handling and payment proceduresMaintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shiftFollowing proper Alcohol Handling policies and proceduresPerforming shift-side work including opening and closing dutiesQualifications:Must be at least 16 years of ageExperienced preferred but not required - we will train you!Energetic, ready to learn, and loves fresh foodGood communication and hospitality skillsAbility to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessaryWork flexible scheduleDependable, reliable, and trustworthyProfessional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brandAll Employees Must:Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)Must obtain a Food Handler's card shortly after beginning employmentYour Working Conditions/ Hours:A typical work day at Taziki's may look like:Morning shift - 9am - 4pmEvenings - 4pm - 10pmWeekends- when applicableHolidays - when applicable (CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas) *Hours will vary by store.Your Physical Requirements: (with or without a reasonable accommodation)Walking/ standing for extended periodsReachingBendingLifting/ carrying up to 30 poundsWipingCompany OverviewTaziki's Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with more than 90 locations in 17 states.
