InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Spring, Houston, or Conroe. You will help patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the activities they value most. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals. Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs. Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Full‑time benefits: health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k). Compensation and Benefits The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85 per evaluation. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. For full‑time clinicians, a guaranteed base pay is provided for the first 12 weeks during the ramp‑up period. Requirements Active occupational therapy license in good standing. BLS CPR certification. Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes. Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems—training provided).
