Start Date: ASAP Position: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist Schedule: Full-time Estimated Annual Compensation: $319,529-$350,000 + uncapped productivity income
Position Overview
- Play a key role in the growth and quality of care for patients throughout their rehabilitation stay.
- Work collaboratively with primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Establish realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and improve their quality of life.
- Treat spasticity or pain that limits function.
- Prescribe adaptive devices to improve patient safety.
- Help reduce opioid use through alternative medications and treatment modalities.
- Educate staff on all aspects of the rehabilitation process.
- Perform on-site joint and trigger point injections.
