Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Must be a minimum of 15 years of age and supervised by staff 18+ years of age in the room.No previous experience required.Ability to communicate effectively with sports coaches, staff and parents of youth sports participants.Must have organizational and human relations skills in order to provide adequate support to sports programs.Must possess/acquire knowledge of all aspects of the particular sports league.Basic knowledge of the phases of physical education for all age groups served.Visually inspect participation space and equipment for safety.Completion of all position-specific and required YMCA training within established deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
