Eric von Schledorn Quicklane is seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Random Lake, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid mechanical foundation who is eager to grow their career with a busy, reputable Ford dealership. What You Will Do: Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, etc.) Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate automotive issues Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs Conduct multi‑point vehicle inspections and recommend services Provide accurate, honest recommendations to customers Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment What We Are Looking For: Entry‑level candidates with a solid understanding of automotive mechanics (vocational school training, prior shop experience, or strong hobby‑level mechanical knowledge is preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to learn quickly and take direction well Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude Own basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them) Ford or Quicklane experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
