This role will support a single vacancy split between two schools: Winding Creek Elementary School – 475 Winding Creek Rd, Stafford, VA 22554 and Stafford Middle School – 101 Spartan Drive, Stafford, VA 22554. The caseload is capped at 55 students, ensuring a manageable workload and the ability to deliver high-quality services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized speech and language therapy to students across no more than two assigned schools
- Collaborating with educators and school staff to implement effective communication plans
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with Virginia licensure requirements
- Participating in ongoing professional development and adhering to ethical standards of practice
Qualifications:
Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered with appropriate supervision provided. Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required.
