Client Transporter

Welcome to the position of Client Transporter. As a Client Transporter, you will play an integral role in ensuring our clients feel comfortable and safe while being transported by our organization. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times, and demonstrating our commitment to providing a safe and reliable transportation experience to our clients. You will be expected to reliably transport clients to their requested destinations in a timely manner, while also providing a clean, comfortable, and secure environment throughout the transportation process. If you have a passion for helping others, a dedication to providing excellent customer service, and the ability to remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, this role may be the perfect opportunity for you! To provide excellent service, our families are our priority so working with their schedules is key to creating a healthy rapport with them. Evenings and/or weekends may be required to fulfill a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, provided the age and safe driving record requirements are met.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle or, for offices which have company vehicles, the Driver is required to use the JusticeWorks vehicle when available.
• Provide a communication link between clients and staff.
• Assist clients secure children safely in approved safety restraints as needed.
• Read and interpret electronic driving directions independently to plan the most efficient route service for clients and read and interpret road signs.
• Submit accurate, required client notes within 24 hours of service and complete required reports within assigned timeframes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date vehicle records.
