Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Vital Core Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic issues, devising tailored rehabilitation plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimes, and adjunct therapies suited to specific patient needs.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention strategies, at-home exercise programs, and overall health maintenance.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, chiropractors, and nutritionists, to enhance the efficacy of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately and promptly in accordance with both state regulations and clinic policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Regularly reassessing patient progress and modifying treatment plans to facilitate optimal recovery and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population that includes athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
