No Call | 4-Day Workweek | Established Patient Panel | High Earning Potential

Practice in a busy, established dermatology clinic with immediate patient volume, strong referral relationships, and an experienced support team already in place. You'll have the flexibility to focus on medical dermatology, procedures, cosmetics, or any combination that fits your interests.

The Practice

• A growing dermatology team of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers
• Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with room to expand cosmetic services
• Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs manage lower-complexity visits
• Strong MA support, established clinic operations, and a streamlined EMR system

The Schedule

• Four-day workweek with flexibility for an optional additional half-day
• No call responsibilities
• High-volume outpatient setting with the ability to see 40 to 50 patients per day with full support staff

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary around 450,000 with collections-based earning potential on top
• Realistic path to 1M+ annually through productivity and ancillary revenue
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, negotiable

You'll Need

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
• Procedural comfort and interest in medical dermatology preferred
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates alike
